Rome Unique Spanish Steps Lucina 2 bedroom

Rome Unique Spanis Steps Lucina 2 bedroom is a charming Holiday apartment on the finest location in Rome. Only 300 meters from the Spanish Steps, right next to the fancy shops in via del Corso. The apartment is on the 3d floor (with elevator) of a a16th century building. You enter the apartment in a small hallway from where you can access both the living room.
This room is decorated with pieces of antique and modernist art. The original floor is perfectly in tact. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and lounge chair.

Next to the living room you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed. Back to the entrance hall you can access the small kitchenette. Good enough to prepare coffee, breakfast and some small meals. The kitchenette is basic. Going to the other part of the apartment you will find a bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Next to this room there is a smaller room with a French double bed (130 cm by 200 cm).
The apartment is located on a corner with 8 large windows. The Lucina street is not a very busy street, but of course you are in very heart of Rome so some pleasant noise will reach the apartment.

The apartment has one air conditioning unit, tv and internet. Overall the apartment is not luxurious, but very charming and authentic and above all on the best spot in Rome! Restaurants and cinema (original language) are right next door. A very good bar for breakfast is downstairs. Life can not be easier in the apartment.

The Spanish Steps, possibly Europe's widest and longest staircase, reach up a whole 138 steps. From a Rome apartment rental, the Spanish Steps seem almost a natural extension of Via dei Condotti, which leads up to Piazza di Spagna. So entitled because of the piazza from which they ascend, the Spanish Steps were actually constructed in 1725 thanks to a legacy from a French diplomat. What's more, the church at the top the stairway, Trinita dei Monti, is also of French origin.
